First, let’s start with the cabins.

Each cabin on our program is specifically built exclusively by Maranatha Investments for our cabin rental program. Each cabin was built with luxury amenities not normally found in vacation cabin rentals.

 The amenities we offer.

Where else can you find cabins in the Smoky Mountain area that offer such amenities as your own private, full size swimming pool? And not just the way you’d expect a swimming pool. Our units that have swimming pools are actually built right into the cabin. You don’t have to leave your spectacular vacation cabin to enjoy it in any weather. 

How about having your own private Movie Theater? Most of our cabins have a luxurious viewing room with not only the large screen movie experience, but the digital surround sound system that makes you feel you’re actually part of the movie. Combined with luxurious seating, you will find this to be a marvelous way to enjoy an evening in. Or, the way to enjoy one of those days where the Smoky Mountains weather is more suited to just kicking back and leisurely relaxing. 

Our furnishings in every room of your overnight rental cabin is exceptional. From the kitchen to the bedroom, it’s all about your comfort and convenience. Things like large screen plasma TV’s in the sitting areas, and Jacuzzi’s in the master bedrooms are standard in our cabins, as well as at least one hot tub in every unit.  

For those that are used to that early morning work out to stay in shape, we have an exercise room included in many of our cabins as well. If you’re like most folks who visit the area, the tremendous variety of unique dining experiences will provide plenty of excuses to want to work some of it off as you enjoy more of the local fare each day. 

Because we only offer cabins built by Maranatha Investments, we may not have the largest quantity of cabins available in the area. But we can assure you this; we have the absolute best there is to offer in vacation cabin rentals. As we grow, we’ll eventually have nearly 300 luxury rental cabins here in the Smoky Mountains. Work has started on our newest resort that will have nearly 200 new cabins to offer, as well as other amenities like a complete water park, tennis courts, restaurant, and other features to make it a destination in itself. Our current projection is to have the first phase of this new resort open by the fall of 2007. We will have more information about this newest resort as it becomes available.

Our cabins in the Smokies are all built in locations that are convenient to not only The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but also the overwhelming abundance of entertainment and shopping experiences that await you. We will supply you with information and maps of the entire area upon arrival. There’s more to do and see here than you could possibly take in during a whole month stay with us. That’s one of the reasons we enjoy such a high visitor return each year. There’s always something new and exciting being added to the area each year.
